Delete a StepApp Account and Data
Delete from the app
- Open StepApp.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. Apple-linked accounts may be asked to confirm with Sign in with Apple.
This starts deletion of your authentication account, profile, username, synchronized step and game progress, friends, requests, blocks, reports, races, leaderboard data and associated support records.
When you cannot access the account
Open Settings → Contact in StepApp and submit a problem report. Include enough information to identify the account, but never send passwords or authentication codes.
Retention
Operational copies are removed during the deletion process. Limited information may remain temporarily in secured backups or where retention is necessary for legal or security reasons.
